It’s All About People – my lesson from 35 years as a CEO!
On 28th April 2021, Forfatterskabet.dk, the Danish publishers, released “It’s All About People – 35 years a CEO”, a book based on Steen Westh Nielsen’s On 28th April 2021, Forfatterskabet.dk a Danish publisher released: “It’s All About People – 35 year’s a CEO“, a book based on Steen Westh Nielsen’s experiences as CEO of companies in Denmark and Central Europe. Part biographical and part instructional, it is a handbook with the intention of inspiring managers who today run, or hope one day to run, a small- or medium-sized enterprise.
Interviewed on the release of the book, Steen said: “In this book I distil my long experience leading small and medium-sized manufacturing and service companies in Denmark, Germany and the Czech Republic. Together with my co-author, Jeremy Verity, I describe my life-story and explore how my background as a Dane helped me to manage people “the Scandinavian way”; what I learned from working with people from many different backgrounds; and the techniques of management I developed while building up a highly successful software house in Central Europe.”
